The Seychelles Alzheimer’s Foundation (SAF) is honoured to have received a generous donation of SCR50,000 from the Seychelles Freemason, marking a significant contribution to the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease in Seychelles.

The cheque presentation took place on Saturday, 31st May, at the Masonic Lodge in Bel Ombre. The donation was formally handed over by Mr. Joe Pool, representing the Seychelles Freemason, to Mr. David Savy, Chairperson of the Seychelles Alzheimer’s Foundation.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Savy expressed sincere appreciation for the donation, which he described as a meaningful gesture of solidarity and compassion. "Support such as this plays a vital role in allowing us to continue raising awareness, providing support services, and promoting understanding about Alzheimer’s and related conditions across the country," he said.

The Seychelles Freemason has a long-standing tradition of charitable giving and community service, and this latest donation underscores their commitment to addressing key social and health issues facing the nation.

The Seychelles Alzheimer’s Foundation extends its heartfelt thanks to the Seychelles Freemason for their support and partnership in making a difference in the lives of those impacted by Alzheimer’s.
